I've been a Far Cry game player since FC3 days and have played FC3,4,5,New Dawn, and Primal several times. FC6 is definitely different then previous games in the series. Most are good and changed the game play up but some seems to be unrealistic and makes some game play unpleasant (Mostly the bullet type change pertaining to what you're shooting).

The open world is great and as weird as you’d expect. Its far cry familiar with some new twists and turns. I bought the gold edition because I like the direction of the DLC which looks inspired by the more humorous far cry 3: blood dragon.
