Ill keep my eye out for them now. For anyone with a Wii Guitar Hero Live controller you can try my ghetto rewiring/soldering fix here. Its not pretty, but it is easy to do and it works. I think it's pretty important that you mention it's a hardware fix requiring a soldering iron. I bought 2 of these to replace missing dongles for guitar hero live ps3 guitars. Unfortunately the servers are now dead for that version of the game but the replacement usb dongles work perfectly. Just plug and play straight out of the package.
Will the Guitar Hero Live dongle and controller I bought for the ps3 work on the ps4 / ps5 if I buy the GHL ps4 disk? Trying to play GHL on ps5 or ps4; I have the ps4 disk / backwards compatibility. I can connect the guitar to dongle on the ps5/ps4, but literally all of the buttons do not function or do anything.

PS3 GHWT and GH5 guitars, drums and mic do work fine on both PS2 GHWT and GH5. Wii Controllers. GUITAR HERO: Your PC must be equiped with Bluetooth. BlueSoleil ∞ is a bluetooth device manager for PC. You also need GlovePIE to map the WiiMote bluetooth to a virtual joystick or keystrokes.

The instruments that used the factory controller (wiimote, sixaxxis, xbox) to interface with the console generally are not really interchanged. Open a Harmonix controller, and look for a bubble of solder near the edge of the board labeled J1 - J1.5. Bridging one side is ps3, bridging the other is Wii. That simple! QKqWUo.
