Extract the MSI from the setup.exe. From there what I did to make it a silent install was customize the the package with Adobe's customization tool: Adobe Customization tool. Package as a w32 app for Intune or deploy with Sccm. If you do it right the install command should be Setup.exe -s. For a completely silent install.
